I first contacted the Window Systems Company in 1975. The representatives arrived on time, were very informative and not pushy (unlike some of the other companies). I placed my order and was very impressed the day of the install.

The guys did a wonderful job and were very meticulous. Since then I have done numerous jobs with Window Systems because I have always known who to call! Next year I plan on doing siding and will mbe contacting them for the 8th time!!

As a consumer in this very difficult economy, I strive to find the best and biggest value for my dollar. Window systems came in on both counts!

Bob, my salesman, listened to my concerns and addressed my needs. The Installers came out as promised and completed the job, professionally. They cleaned up afterwards and took all garbage with them so I had nothing to do but enjoy the view from my new windows!

The employees are all very helpful,and friendly. Most have 25 years or more experience in the industry and know how to address customer needs and concerns promptly.

Shop around,like I did, and see for yourself. I would recommend window systems to anyone on the market for their products and services.

Window Systems installation crew was professional and did an excellent job! They were courteous, hard workers and the pride in their work was obvious. My expectations were successfully met with the work they did transitioning a Patio Door opening in my kitchen to a lovely Picture Window!.

Rick Guido came to my home and he was a definite contrast to the typical salesman. Rick was very laid back and polite. He was focused on what MY needs were with appearance, quality and cost. He basically explained the products and let me choose for myself. I had some concerns with a few areas and he was very honest about warranty issues and practicality.

We are very pleased with the results of our selection to have your company do the installation of windows and doors. Everything from the cordial sales process with Daren, to the installation was done in a professional manner. The installers did all their work in a neat and orderly manner.

We are happy with the appearance and ease of operation of all the moving parts. The brass caming in the front door put a special finish to this installation. My wife is especially pleased with the final results of the door. Thanks to you and Mr. Kinczel this last process was accomplished.

I would like to add that we have talked to a number of people about the job that was done. We were certainly consider Window Systems for all future appropriate projects.

I preferred the windows from Window Systems because they were triple pane with the barrier that reflects sun and heat back out. The windows I bought tilt in easily for cleaning. I have found them to be energy efficient. My gas bill went way down and I have no drafts at all. Cleaning them is very easy and almost “fun”.

I have absolutely no problems with the windows at all. They are probably about 10 years old now and they look brand new. I have referred close family members and even my next-door neighbor to Window Systems. I am happy with the quality and customer service!

Last summer Bill and I finally decided it was time to replace the windows in our addition. They were the last 6 of 20 in our house and we knew it was going to be a process. We began getting estimates in June. All we wanted were the 6 windows and we had a budget.  It wasn’t pretty.

Then we talked to your salesman, Kevin. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted and was willing to work within our budget. He did not pressure us, try to sell us what we did not need (siding, insulation, doors, etc.) or insist that we needed bigger and better windows than we could afford.  Then, to make the offer irresistible, he trimmed the rest of our replacement windows (not done by Window Systems) to match the new ones for a very reasonable price so my husband never has to paint them again.  We signed a contract but deferred installation until September.

We decided to have the new windows installed in August. Tom and Joe arrived first thing on a Saturday. These two men were the most courteous, professional workmen we have ever had in our home. In the 23 years we have been there, we have seen our fair share of service men and contractors come and go. By far, Tom and Joe easily set the standard. They obviously knew their business, went about efficiently and were willing to answer all our questions while they did it. I could go on and on….

The finished product is awesome! We were and are still thrilled. They changed the entire look of our addition. I used to keep curtains covering my old windows. Not anymore! These are beautiful. And now we can open them in a minute and get fresh air anytime. The energy savings this past winter was also significantly noticeable. My gas (heat)bill went down approximately  10% each month.
