Frank Kinczel, Jr., President
Frank Jr. has been with the company since graduating from West Virginia University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree. Has spent time in all facets of the company, from production to advertising and sales, where his time is currently focused.
Frank has served 2 terms on the Cleveland Chapter of N.A.R.I (National Association of Remodeling Industry). He has recently received his EPA clarification for Lead Based Paint Window and Door Renovation Requirements.
He and his wife Nancy have 2 daughters, a loving Labrador retriever Bailey and live on the west suburbs of Cleveland. Hobbies include: sports of all types, blues guitar playing and enjoying his growing daughters.
Frank Kinczel, Sr.
The founder of the company in 1975, Frank Sr. has been in the remodeling business since the mid 1960’s. One of the founders of the Cleveland Chapter of the N.H.I.C. (National Home Improvement Council).
Frank, with his wife of 53 years, enjoys going out to Chagrin Falls for an evening together as well as spending time with their granddaughters.
Jeannie Bernhardt, Inside Sales Representative
Jeannie has over 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry. She specializes in educating the consumer on products and services.
Nicole Froehlich, Service Department Supervisor
With over 10 years of industry experience, Nicole helps maintain a continuous relationship providing first-class customer service.
Dawn Porter, Installation Department Supervisor
Dawn has over 20 years of industry experience. She takes pride in facilitating a smooth journey with your order from manufacturing to installation.

Michelle has been with Window Systems for 25 years. Michelle is committed to providing superior support to sales staff at Window Systems.
