What to do if...

Should you have a concern and need an answer, all you need to do is call us. Our service department is open Monday through Friday and our service manager can arrange to dispatch a service technician if there is an emergency. If a service request requires ordering of a component, we will arrange for its order and contact you via phone or e-mail so we can complete your service request. Our service department is completely computerized, therefore all records are easily accessed to more quickly and efficiently handle your inquiry.

If a screen should need repair, come on in, we will use that small-town touch and take care of it while you wait!
