This letter is to let you know that Tom and I are completely satisfied
with the siding that you have installed on our home. The difference is
amazing. Our home is absolutely the most beautiful on the street. I must
add though, the knowledge that your installer has surely made some of
the difference. The extras he does for you and your product is what
makes our home stand out when compared to other newly installed siding
jobs in our area.
We have been happy with each area of product we have purchased and each
installer you have sent to our home. We feel this is a compliment to us
as well as your company. It is something that we share with anyone that
asks about our windows, doors and now of course the beautiful siding. As

Sandy and I have just replaced our windows through
Window Systems and we are so pleased with the results.
We believe that our problem with the seals on the thermal pane windows
breaking, which resulted in moisture between the panes, is a common
problem throughout our area. If you are having this problem, you are
probably aware that the original manufacturer is out of business as is
the distributor from whom our builder obtained the windows. Under the
circumstances, if you wish to correct the problem, Window Systems is the

It’s not often that I feel compelled to write a thank
you letter like this, and I’m sorry it’s taken so long! My windows were
installed almost 1 year ago and I’ve been meaning to write this letter
ever since.
I’ve had a lot of different work done to my first home, which is a
fixer-upper. Please accept my heartfelt thanks when I say that Window
Systems was by far the best experience I’ve had. From Mike B., your
sales representative who agreed to service a couple of my older Window
Systems windows (the ones that were already in the house when I bought
it) as part of the deal, to the gentleman who came out and trimmed out a
window that I had put in myself several years ago.
The customer service from your company was exemplary and I am happy to
