10. How long does the process take? From it’s inception, a window and/or siding order will be finished within one month from the time an order is placed. The time it takes to actually install a whole house of windows is usually one day.

9. Is there a large mess? Surprisingly, no. Our window installers (of whom we are extremely proud) take a large amount of pride in caring for your home. Drop cloths, carpet runners and furniture blankets are used liberally. Window washing and carpet vacuuming are standard procedures.

8. Do you remove debris? Yes, all job debris is hauled away immediately and brought back to our dumpster. We will never ask you to stack-up the junk next to your garage.

7. Do I need a permit? In most circumstances, yes. Window Systems is registered in practically every community in which we do business. The permit is our responsibility and we will handle it.

6. What about lead paint? Our installers are trained in the proper methods of removing wood trim that is deemed to have lead paint on it. Special vacuum systems, which do not emit back-end dust, are used when necessary.

5. How far do you go? Window Systems has over 40,000 customers that live as far away as Youngstown, New Philadelphia and Mansfield. If you live several counties removed, or just around the corner, our goal is to provide service, now and after the sale.

4. Why should we do business with Window Systems? Our support people are the best! Sure, we have top notch products but our company understands that this is not a commodity purchase. We feel that our people are relationship builders.

3. Do you have a showroom? Absolutely, and we encourage you to visit us. Windows, Patio Doors, Bay windows and much more are here for you to touch and feel. Our weekday business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be glad to meet with you after these hours but just let us know so we can make some fresh coffee!

2. What does it cost? Each and every project's cost is dependent on many factors: some of which are product lines, sizes, colors, glass options and certain labor costs. We will be glad to work with you in developing the right plan to meet your project's needs without spending unnecessary dollars. As we all know, it costs less to do it right the first time.
