Upon completion of the initial paperwork, Window Systems will recheck for manufacturing accuracy and dimension within 5 – 7 working days. As always, a courtesy phone call by one of our staff will always precede any visit to your home.

As many of our products are custom-made, it is usually 3 – 4 weeks until your new products are received and inventoried. Upon inspection of the product, you will then receive a call to schedule the installation according to your needs. Our installers are company employees, which provides you with more peace of mind since they are covered by worker’s compensation and fully insured.

Most installations take as little as one day, and with a minimum of mess. All debris is hauled away, not leaving you with the task of removing it from your property. When the job is done, your sales person will revisit the job and review your warranty papers. These will come in a Window Systems packet which you should file with your important papers.
