 Frank
Kinczel, Jr. is the Vice President and Sales Manager at Window Systems.
He began his employment in 1982 after graduating from West Virginia
University. He has spent the last twenty years in and around Window
Systems Sales and Marketing Departments.
In May 2003, Frank was re-elected to the Cleveland Chapter of N.A.R.I
Board of Directors, now known as the Professional Remodelers of Ohio
(PRO). This position he also held from 1985-1992.
Also, this year Frank achieved the Certified Remodel Specialist status.
This designation was granted by N.A.R.I. National in Washington, D.C.
whereby he passed a rigorous series of tests specializing in windows,
siding and roofing. Included in the coursework was Business Management,
Codes and Law, as well as Standards of Practice.
